“After completing my BA degree from the University of Maryland I worked in the residential design field in Washington, DC for a short time. In 1990, I started Rochester Rigging & Erectors, Inc. with my father, Roger Taube. My father has since retired, so I am now solely responsible for all aspects of the business planning and overall financial management. As a certified Woman’s Business Enterprise (WBE), our goal is to provide the finest quality steel products and professional services to customers more efficiently and economically than our competitors.
