 Kelly Gilligan, President, Co-founder 1990  | “After completing my BA degree from the University of Maryland I worked in the residential design field in Washington, DC for a short time. In 1990, I started Rochester Rigging & Erectors, Inc. with my father, Roger Taube. We started out small and have gradually built our firm up over the last twenty plus years to a 8+ million dollar company. My father has since retired, so I am now solely responsible for all aspects of the business planning and overall financial management. As a certified Woman’s Business Enterprise (WBE), our goal is to provide the finest quality steel products and professional services to customers more efficiently and economically than our competitors. I could not accomplish this without my terrific management team.” |
|  Michael Hansen, Senior Project Manager / Estimator, 1997 – Present  | “I am a proud employee with 4 years of higher education and over 18 years of experience in the steel industry. I began with Rochester Rigging as a Steel Draftsman and worked my way into Estimating and Project Management. I now provide quality proposals from design budgeting to final construction estimates as well as full project management. I work closely with the fabrication shop and field staff to ensure our clients are satisfied with our quality of work, meet schedule and complete under budget.” |

|  Kecia Donnelly, Executive Assistant, 1999 – Present  | “I am responsible for the day to day flow of the office operations and support of the office staff and President of the company. I handle the payroll entry and hours tracking for the company with a staff that goes from 15 individuals to 45. I currently manage five bank accounts and deal with the payables and billing for the company as well as general book-keeping.” |

 Edward Gilligan, President, 1996 – Present  | “After completing my BS degree at University of Buffalo; I spent several years in sales for various oil companies. In 1995 I joined Rochester Rigging as a Project Coordinator and in 2000, became President of Bristol Metals, Inc., the fabrication arm of Rochester Rigging. I oversee all business operations for Bristol as well as manage the outside operations for Rochester Rigging. " |

|  Kevin Dewey, Shop Superintendent, 2002 – Present  | “I have over twenty years of experience in all aspects of the steel fabrication business working with both structural and miscellaneous steel products. I began my career fabricating and assembling parts, working my way into blue print reading and layout, and getting AWS Certified for welding. Today, I am responsible for the overall management of the fabrication shop with upwards of 10 employees. My team can fabricate small hand railings to 800 ton structural steel buildings with quality and great efficiency.” |
|  James Shetler, Senior Draftsman, 1998 – Present  | “I have over 12 years of experience in the steel construction industry; starting here at Rochester Rigging as a Fabricator where I worked my way up to Shop Leader and now, Senior Draftsman. I am an AWS Certified Welder and proficient at operating the CNC machines in the fabrication shop. With advanced 3-D modeling software and standard CAD training, I can provide Engineers, Architects and customers with quality, detailed steel shop drawings. Having been involved in more than one position with this company I feel I am capable of handling just about any steel task to get the job done!” |
