Description: The design concepts show a six-story building of 180,000 square feet with a gently curved front facing Chestnut Street. It will include a full-service branch for credit union members on the first floor and office space for ESL's current 300-plus headquarters employees, with room for growth. Plans also include a parking garage and pedestrian bridge to the new facility.
